If you need a pet transported within the next 20 days please start the conversation with that info you will be given preference however an additional fee will be applied

You are required to provide breed, date of birth, weight, origin city and destination city or I will be unable to respond to your request.

repeat clients will be given preference

Prices are above average due to travel bans/limited flight options etc

Airport pick up is preferred (USA ground transportation is available by special request only and will be an additional transport fee)

Within Europe ground transportation is available to most countries

10 days advance notice is required for direct Cargo flights

the quoted price is guaranteed for only 24 hours, after that the trip must be rebooked and repriced for another day.

once you respond to the price quote accepting the transport, payment must be made in full within 24 hours, if not received the trip must be rebooked and repriced for another day.

If you have a request of a specific route that needs reorganization an administrative fee will be charged
