INTERNATIONAL PET Logistincs reserves the right to refuse transport of any pet due to misrepesentation at the time of scheduling as to the pets ability to walk or stand on its own accord, or on leash, or if we consider the dog or puppy well enough to travel.
Booking for international transports must be paid for 30 days prior travel - exeptions may apply on a case to case basis.
We will not carry dogs over 10 kg that do not walk on a leash.
International PetLogistics and major airlines have a legal duty to avoid shipping sick animals. If your animal is considered sick when delivered to us we are obliged to return the animal at your cost. Flights and other expenses already incurred are not refundable.
All pets must be at least 8 weeks of age to be transported
The individual requesting or arranging for transport certifies that the pet being transported by INTERNATIONAL PET LOGISTICS is at least 8 weeks of age on or before transport pick-up-date.
A valid health certificate issued by a veterinary of medicine is require no sooner than 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. The certificate must travel with the pet. We also require the EU Petpassport (including age appropriate vaccinations and necessary vaccinations for entry of the country traveling to) AND-OR required paperwork necessary to enter the European Union.
A current rabies vaccination certificate must travel with your pet where applicable. The ISO Microchip MUST BE implanted PRIOR the rabies vaccination.
Emergency Care Authorization: you are consenting to INTERNATIONAL PET LOGISTICS and Staff to perform emergency care of your pet by a qualified Veterinarian in the event they become ill during transport or in our care. Should this be necessary, we will make every effort to contact you PRIOR the seeking emergency action. However, if you can not be reached to have medical emergency treatment approved by you, we will use our discretion to ensure the well-being and health of your pet. All charges for veterinary care will be your responsibility.
We will require an ample amount of food for your pet in a bag that can be closed / sealed securely
We require all documents to be in a plastic waterproof folder
We will not transport any pet that displays signs of aggression.

If you request transportation for 2 dogs which are owned by 2 different clients each client is charged in full.
If we are asked to transport bigger dogs 🐕 there will be additional costs involved due to premium tickets for extra leg room or bigger crates.
If we are asked to transport certain breeds (“dangerous breeds” considered by the airlines)which are older than the age of 6 months….please be aware that they may require special crates in cargo as per the airlines regulations which will incur additional costs.
Payment IN FULL is due at the time of accepting he quote. Once a price quote is given, we require an answer within 24 hrs from you if you accept or decline. If you ACCEPT...payment must be made..IN FULL..either thru bank wire to a bank account located in Europe OR via Western Union.
Payment IN FULL must be received no later than 72 hours (3 days) from the time the quote is accepted (in other words...no later than 4 days from the time quote is given)
Scheduling-Pick up -Delivery: You will be given dates and times when we need to meet you at a designated location well ahead of time.
If no person is present at the time agreed upon and or the above described paperwork is not in order at the time of pick up or delivery, we may have to continue without your pet. You will be charged for the full amount of the transport fee (no refunds)
Scheduling - Lenght of Transport: You understand that thruout airline travel delays can happen.
While this is rather rare, all efforts will be made to keep you informed and to keep your pet as comfortable and happy as possible.
Delivery: We ask you to monitor the flights we are scheduled on and expect you to wait for us upon arrival.
If no one is available to receive the animal and-or we are unable to contact the responsible party, we will place said pet in a boarding facility to our disgression. There is a USD 200 fee transporting the pet to this facility.. The party ordering the transport will be responsible for these charges.
MOST IF NOT ALL of our transports are coordinated well in advance and may be tightly coordinated to accomodate each individual.
If you cancel a run then it is understood by you that ANY AND ALL monies paid are a total forfeit. You will receive no refund.
If the paperwork of the pet traveling is incomplete or faulty which results in the pet not being able to travel, it is understood by you that the refund is a total forfeit.
You will receive no refund.
Please choose the size of the IATA approved crate in which your pet travels accordingly.
Please make sure you add some sort of bedding (which can absorb fluids) plus attach a water dish on the inside of the crate.
Please bring a collar and leash for each dog.
